Richard Walker is the President and co-founder of Efficient Technology Inc. Richard also spent three years as a registered securities representative with Financial Network Investment Corp. Prior to starting Efficient Technology Inc, Richard was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting unit, implementing large enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. With over 10 years experience in financial services, Richard has worked in various capacities at: Transamerica, PaineWebber, John Hancock and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Richard's unique combination of financial service experience, technology product development and leadership drives ETI's excellence in developing technology solutions. Larry Smith is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development focused on building and managing strategic relationships. Prior to ETI, Larry was a Sr. Project Manager for Time Warner Music Group and Southern California Gas Company managing and implementing enterprise-wide technology projects. Larry also founded a recording studio business in Hollywood after a very successful career in music, comedy and performing arts. Larry's unique combination of business management, relationship building, technology implementation and entertainment experience drives ETI's excellence in relationships.
Cheryl Dillon is a co-founder of Efficient Technology Inc. Cheryl's primary role with ETI is managing customer service and technology operations. With over 15 years experience in technology development, Cheryl has used her technology background to develop custom software solutions for ETI's consulting clients in the fields of financial services, entertainment, retail services and the arts. Prior to founding ETI, Cheryl was the Director of Customer Service for IBM, and spent several years managing customer service for small value-added-resellers and marketing companies.
Donald Cron directs all aspects of operations at Efficient Technology Inc. In the twelve years prior to joining ETI, Donald worked on a contractor basis designing and developing production and analysis systems for clients such as the Disney Company, Rand McNally, Educational Testing Service, the Hume Group, and many others. Previously, he was employed as Vice President Consumer Marketing for Entrepreneur Media (Entrepreneur Magazine and Entrepreneur.com), Knapp Communications (Architectural Digest and Bon Appetit), in addition to consulting with a number of other publications.
Rich Weber’s focus on firm strategy, execution, and finance delivers on the promises we make to our clients—to provide seamless, consistent, high-quality client service. Prior to joining the firm, Rich held a senior management role in finance at a Global 1000 publicly held company. Rich was also an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where he planned and administered all phases of financial statement audits for public and privately held companies to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP; designed audit programs to test financial statement account balances and internal controls; and identified, analyzed, and tested critical systems to develop audit opinions and recommendations for improving clients’ control environments. He received a B.A. in Psychology and Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant. Rich is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
